This the Last will and Testament of me James Harden.
First I will that my debts and funerall charges shall be paid and discharged.
Item: I Geive to my son James Harden my Best horse or Cow.
Item: I Geive to my wife Marey Harden my tennement Beeing Lease hold at Hiwood for her Naterrall Life and affter her decease to my Before Mentioned Sun James Harden.
I Geive to my Grandson James Harden one Pound to Be Paid him in one year affter my deacease.
I Geive to my other five Grand Childeren five shillings to Each of them to Be Paid In one year affter my deacease.
All the Rest of my Goods and ChattelIs whatsoever I do Geive and Bequeath to my wiffe and my two daughters, Joynt and Sole Executors to be Equalley Parted Between them.
