He named his youngest son, EDMUND, his sole executor; EDMUND recieved the farm at Earl Stonham, the farm EDMUND senior occupied with a SAMUEL WICKS and everything that went with it,as well as the farm on which EDMUND senior lived, including all his goods, chattels, stock, crops, cattle, household furnishings, farm implements, hay, corn, grass, plate, linen, clothing and everything else; his son ROBERT recieved £20; his widowed daughter ELIZABETH recieved £20; his son-in-law WILLIAM TYDEMAN the husband of his decessed daughter Mary and his nephew recieved £30; daughter DEBORAH £20; granddaughter DEBORAH TYDEMAN £20; daughter MARTHA £40; daughter MARGARET £60; 5 grandsons [CLARKE, LEMON, BRICE, EDMUND, JOHN ] £5 each.
