HAMLIN - In hospital on May 7, 1982 aged 80 years of 198 Brunswick Road, Ipswich. Beloved mother of Henry, Kenneth and Jean and a dearest grandmother and great grandmother, a dearest sister of Rose and George. Funeral service at Ipswich Cremotouriam, West Chapel on Wednesday May 12 at 12.40pm. Flowers may be sent to Co-operative Chapel of Respose, Cauldwell Hall Road.

Edith married Henry Rickart Hamlin, son of Henry Alfred Hamlin and Jane Forbes, on 10 January 1923 in All Saints Church, Chatham, Kent. (Henry Rickart Hamlin was born on 22 December 1900 in 16 Acanthus Road, Battersea, London and died on 12 June 1978 in Smallfield Hospital, Horley, Surrey.) The cause of his death was Congestive Cardiac Failure, Recrutement Vomiting.
